PHY6222是一款支持BLE 5.2功能和IEEE 802.15.4通信協議的系統級芯片(SoC),集成了超低功耗的高性能多模射頻收發機,搭載32-bit ARM?Cortex?-M0處理器,提供64K retention SRAM、可選128K-8M Flash、96KB ROM以及256bit efuse,支持基于BLE和IEEE 802.15.4的安全架構、應用和OTA在線升級。此外,芯片串行外設IO和集成的應用程序IP還能夠讓客戶以最小的BOM成本開發自己的產品。
通過硬件模塊的充分復用以最低代價實現多模數字收發機。發射機最大發射功率達到10dBm;BLE 1Mbps速率下接收機靈敏度達到-99dBm,鏈路射頻預算109dB@1Mbps;IEEE 802.15.4 250Kbps速率下接收靈敏度-103dBm;0dBm時收發功耗4.6/4mA(TX/RX)。此外創新了無需調制系數估計的相干解調(Coherent Demodulation),提供3dB的解調增益,將通信距離和抗干擾能力提高了數倍。
超低功耗芯片設計
采用高效率片上電源管理、低功耗射頻前端、低功耗時鐘產生架構、振蕩器快速啟動技術等電路技術,實現最低的峰值、平均和休眠功耗,保證常規200mAH的紐扣電池供電狀態下能夠持續工作五年以上。
